Nginx 0.7.30 for Windows (win32)

Nginx 0.7.30 for Windows is now available. It was built with Cygwin on Vista (32-bit). It works on 32-bit versions of Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000, and other similar versions.

Special Release Notes: Like the 0.7.28 release, I’ve added in support for the upload_progress module. Due to the rapid upstream releases of Nginx 0.7.29 and Nginx 0.7.30, there is not a Windows release for 0.7.29.
